Large Late 18th Cent. Bible with missing spine.

A new label was added with gold lines top and bottom. The remaining spine had blind lines.

In this case we had evidence that the original had a label. But we can emboss directly on the spine, give you gold lines on each band, emboss centre tool motifs or even copy exactly what is on your original spine P.O.A.

Back board with large section missing repaired with a one piece calf leather that extends from the new spine piece.

Front board with repaired corners and edges using a veg tanned calf dyed to a similar shade.
